How to Book Your Package Sessions

Package sessions are available to book by phone or email only — just get in touch and we’ll get you set up.

Once you’ve bought a package, we’ll keep track of your remaining sessions for you, so there’s nothing you need to manage. We’ll let you know how many sessions you have left after each visit, and you're always welcome to check in with us anytime.
